Who sends these messages

Texts you receive through AI Operator are sent on behalf of the specific local business you contacted or did business with. Some replies are written by that business's AI assistant; important actions are approved by the business.

Consent

By texting a business, or giving a business your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive messages from that business about your inquiry, quotes, and appointments (for example confirmations and reminders). Marketing texts are sent only if you have separately agreed to receive them. Consent is not a condition of purchase.Needs legal review — match the exact opt-in language on each business's intake forms

Opting out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving texts from that business. This takes effect immediately for every kind of text from that business — reminders, marketing, AI replies, and messages typed by staff. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume.

Help

Reply HELP (or INFO) for an automatic reply with the business's name, how to reach it, and how to opt out. You can also contact the business directly at the number that texted you, or contact AI Operator support below.Needs legal review — confirm HELP reply wording meets your carrier/10DLC campaign registration

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your conversations and appointments with the business. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your number and messages are used only to communicate with you on behalf of the business and are never sold. See our Privacy Policy.
